You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it (except for non-returnable items, see below). To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
For products purchased online, you must contact us prior to returning your item and obtain a Returned Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. We do not accept returns without a valid RMA number. RMA numbers expire 7 days after the initial request.
Unfortunately, certain items cannot be returned to us. These include:
- Items marked "as-is" in the product description.
- Items used, installed or not in the original packaging.
- Items that show sign of wear or damage.
- Items that have been modified in any way.
- Oil, lubricants, chemicals, additives or other engine fluids.
- Electrical components, ignition items, starters and batteries.
- Engines, transaxles, transmissions, mower decks, clutches and other major components.
- Mowers, chainsaws, tillers, snowblowers, weed trimmers and other outdoor power equipment.
- Gaskets, seals, betls, seals and other rubber items.
- Special order items.
Some items that are non-returnable may be covered under a manufacturer's warranty. If that is the case, we will provide you with the manufacturer's contact information.
All shipments should be inspected before accepting delivery from the carrier. If the shipment is damaged or otherwise improperly handled, you must notify the delivery driver immediately and the refuse delivery.
Orders returned by the carrier due to a non-deliverable address will be subject to a restocking fee and outbound shipping costs.
All returns of non-defective items returned to us is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
